Treasure Island

Killing some time over the weekend in San Francisco I drove out to Treasure Island, which is this old Naval base on a landfill island in the middle of the bay. It's due to be majorly developed but for now retains the shabby, vaguely socialistic feel of US Military housing. The top shot is over the Bay Bridge from Yerba Buena Island.
