This is the dome, designed by Norman Foster, put up over the courtyard of the British Museum.

Elgin Marbles

The wall texts are really excellent at the British Museum and they've done wonders to clear up the clutter since my childhood visit back in the 1980s. They have a section justifying their posession of the Elgin Marbles [apparently more properly called the Parthenon Sculpture, more on their site]
