Random Mexico Notes

- Saturday 4/3 I went to a disco in DF called the Living where Peter Rauhofer was DJ'ing. I flew 5 hours to see something I could see any Saturday night at the Roxy in NYC. - In Lagunas de Montebello in the state of Chiapas I saw an indigenous family pile out of a new Toyota Corrolla. The women all wore traditional dress and the men had cameras to take everyone's picture. They spoke a language that was not Spanish. In all my travels in Latin America it was the first time I saw such a mixture of modern and indigenous. - All Bran seems to be very popular. In addition to the regular white box, they have four other colors and even a line of breakfast bars. (FYI, i compulsively eat all bran every day and seek it out when i travel). - Easter is a great time to witness domestic tourism. Not such a good time to enjoy sites by yourself.

Hi. I'm a 33 year-old American currently living in Buenos Aires.
